News & Notes is sent on the first Friday of every month (in months where the first Friday falls on a holiday or during a major NAMT event, it is sent on the following Friday), and contains NAMT announcements, and member and industry news. The newsletter is sent to NAMT members, Festival of New Musicals alumni writers, and major donors (around 1,700 recipients as of May 2024).

Table Read goes out mid-month to the same group as above as well as other musical theatre writers and members of the general public who are interested in new works news (around 7,500 recipients as of May 2024). It focuses on new musical development, including updates on Festival shows and writer opportunities.

Both newsletters have open rates above the industry average. Ads cost $50 per newsletter per month. (NAMT organizational members get 30% off!)
