Musical Theatre Educators’ Alliance (MTEA) is excited to share information about the NEW WORKS COLLABORATION CATALOG (NWCC). Going into its second year, the catalog is aimed at connecting musical theatre creators with MTEA’s international network of universities, conservatories and training programs. The goal is to provide a mutually beneficial resource where creators who are looking for development and/or production of their musical theatre works can connect with viable educational partners who are looking for similar outcomes. Members of MTEA’s New Works committee will detail the inspiration behind the catalog, show its unique filter and sorting capabilities, discuss the value for writers, educators and students, and describe the submissions process.
