NAMT will welcome Steven Wolff of AMS Planning & Research, a consulting firm for arts, culture and entertainment. He will lead a conversation on the road back, grounded in their paper, The Long Runway. He will also introduce the pro-bono opportunity they are offering to a cohort of NAMT member leadership (e.g. ADs, EDs, MDs) to meet with AMS every two weeks for a couple of months to explore a range of topics, from interim activity to new business models; from self-care to personnel concerns. Following this intro and discussion, we will open a sign-up period, which will require commitment from the participating theatre leader to attend all sessions (schedule TBA). It is likely that we will have more interested theatres than we have space available; based on member sign-up, we will determine how best to build the cohort for maximum productivity. Regardless of whether you think you’d like to participate in the ongoing discussion cohort, please join us for this session. We expect it will be a very interesting and enlightening conversation, which will also include an overview of their Audience Outlook Monitor Survey.
