Audience Expectations & Engagement in the Mobile Age

July 14, 2015 2:00 pm ET

Audiences expect more from us. Due to the rapid adoption and pervasive use of mobile devices, patrons expect immediate access to relevant information and services wherever they are — including the theatre. In this Knowledge Exchange, we’ll chart how the rise of mobile culture is shaping audience expectations.  We’ll also explore how your NAMT member benefit with InstantEncore can enable you to meet those expectations and engage mobile patrons in exciting ways.

Presenter David Dombrosky brings over fifteen years of experience in arts management and technology to his role as Chief Marketing Officer for InstantEncore. He frequently writes and presents on the uses of technology within arts organizations. Prior to joining InstantEncore, David established an arts and technology consultancy, taught graduate courses in arts management at Carnegie Mellon University, directed the Center for Arts Management and Technology, and served as the Director of Contemporary Arts & New Initiatives at South Arts.
