Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles

NAMT headed to sunny California for the 2012 New Works Summit, hosted by Center Theatre Group! At the Summit, NAMT members and Festival alumni gathered to discuss developing new musicals in southern California and saw Los Otros (National Fund for New Musicals 11-12) by Michael John LaChuisa and Ellen Fitzhugh (Paper Moon, Festival 1995) at the Mark Taper Forum.

New Works Summits provide a great chance for us to gather to see some great shows and discuss models and new trends in developing new musicals. Attendees have the chance to see the shows with your colleagues in attendance which make the exchange of ideas easily accessible with all of us in the same room.
